Axis provides a brief overview and set up the discussion questions
Part 2 – Discussion Questions: (35 minutes)
Dating
What about the idea of dating is scary?
Is it okay to wait for “first dates” after high school? Why?
Is chemistry something you look for or something you work to maintain?
How do we decide how far is too far? (Meaning, the Bible doesn’t explicitly say what kind of kissing is acceptable. So where is the line?)
Is it ok to have conflict in your relationships? If so, what does that look like to you?
Sexuality
If we received the good gift of sexuality from God, why would he want us to limit it?
What is the difference between desiring someone and lusting?
What is the difference between purity and virginity? (hint - purity has to do with matters of the heart as well as action.)
How do you think our culture would change if we stopped reducing people down to just the way they look?
Part 3 – Prayer: (5 minutes)
Use this time to pray for each other. You can do that by keeping a prayer request journal or by asking for personal prayer requests or prayers that relate to the day’s topic.
