PART 1 – TAKING INVENTORY: (12 MINUTES)

Part 2 – Discussion: (15 minutes)

  • We need to work on being the kind of person Christ intends us to be. Sometimes we focus too much on what we want while at the same forget about what we offer others.

    • Brainstorm as a group for a few minutes to determine five of the top qualities that we should offer others.

    • What are some ways pop culture and/or your family history have influenced your expectations for dating?

    • Do you think you have a fixed or growth mindset when it comes to dating that was referenced in today’s video? Explain.

Part 3 – Prayer: (2 minutes)

  • Circle Prayer: The group leader starts, and the person to their right prays until everyone has prayed.

  • Focus your prayers on becoming the person Christ intends you to be.
